As health concerns related to Covid-19 continue to escalate daily, D’Alessio & Associates Inc has decided to take additional steps to protect our community and help reduce the spread of the virus.

Effective Monday, March 23rd our office will go into lockdown and our courier service will be suspended

These are difficult choices.  Our employees must be protected.  Our community must be protected.  We must all do our part.

Office Lock Down 

  • Entry to our office will be by appointment only
  • You can still pick up work at our office. Just knock on our door during regular business hours, and we will assist you via a walk-up window
  • If delivering to our office:
    • Our preferred solution is for you to use our drop box located in the door facing West St
    • We will also have an area for drop-off on our main entry porch. Please knock on the door, and we will assist you
    • You can mail your paperwork to our office

Courier Service Suspended

  • Courier Service Delivery Alternatives:
    • Our preferred solution for delivery is for our office to mail your packages to you
    • Alternatively, you can pick up your packages at our office
    • In some limited cases, a PDF of your reports may be a solution
  • Courier Service Pick-Up Alternatives:
    • You can bring your paperwork to our office:
      • Our drop box is in the door facing West St
      • We will also have an area for drop-off on our main entry porch. Please knock on the door, and we will assist you
    • You can mail your paperwork to our office
    • Due to our need for original documents, scanning is not an option for providing paperwork
  • If you do not utilize our courier service, we will continue with your existing arrangements

This is a time of confusion and concern for all of us.  We want to make good decisions.  We are reacting in ways we believe to be in the best interests of our employees and clients.  If you have alternative ideas, please share them with us.  These choices are not convenient, but they are necessary.

The health and well-being of our employee and client families must be our first priority.  We ask for your understanding with service delays or convenience losses you experience.
